Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
